High School Programs - Grades 9-12
Westford-Littleton Crew is an opportunity for high school student athletes to participate in a sport that fosters team work, determination, perseverance, sportsmanship and leadership.  This program focuses on proper technique, boat and oar handling, rowing terminology and safety both on and off the water.  Athletes compete in racing shells throughout the region against local and nationwide teams.

Youth Rowing - Grades 5-8
Participants will build fundamental skills required to row at a competitive level.  Emphasis is on technique and having fun!  Rowers will start on indoor rowing machines, learning technique and safety before then taking to rowing on the water.  Swim test is required.




Winter 2014



For beginners with a great attitude and a willingness to learn a new and exciting sport.  Learn to Scull participants will learn the fundamentals of sculling (2 oars per person) in wide, durable, recreational training boats on Forge Pond.  The Learn to Scull sessions will focus on proper technique, boat and oar handling, rowing terminology and safety both on and off the water.  Swim test is required.

Grades: 6-8
Days: Tuesdayss and  Thursdays
Time: 6:00-7:45pm
Fee: $70 per session

Session 2: Sep 18-Oct2



Our new evening program is designed for middle school students that are interested in recreational rowing and/or wish to develop rowing technique and increase fitness level in order to participate in junior  competitive rowing.

Grades: 6-8
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 6:45-7:45pm


Indoor Rowing, High School
New rowers learn fundamental rowing skills; Experienced rowers improve their technique. Everyone develops a stronger aerobic and anaerobic base. It’s a good workout that helps high school student athletes prepare for the upcoming spring sprint racing season
